Sirius Technologies

Providing a Launchpad for Sirius Technologies' Growth

Challenges

  • Basic website lacking key product information, limiting their ability to educate and engage important stakeholders
  • Lack of standardised sales assets and collaterals leading to ineffective and fragmented sales motions
  • Inconsistent and jargon-heavy messaging on the product and offerings resulting in a diluted value proposition

Approach

In close collaboration with the Founder and the product and sales teams, we conducted structured discovery sessions to develop a 6-month sprint program prioritised into 30-day, 90-day and 180-day deliverables to elevate the brand, establish tight sales and marketing alignment, and kickstart a steady stream of thought leadership content.

Brand Revamp

The young company’s brand assets were limited to a logo and a basic colour guide.

We expanded on that to develop a set of proper brand guidelines, including iterations of their logo, font usage guidelines and colour palettes.

New brand assets were then developed, including business cards, letterhead, name cards, email signatures, and presentation decks, which elevated their visual identity to a new level.

Website Design

We did a complete revamp of Sirius Technologies’ website, managing the end-to-end process from defining key website objectives, to establishing the Information Architecture, creating content and key visuals, designing the user experience, as well as implementing integrations with marketing analytics tools and the CRM system.

Sales Enablement

In close consultation with Sirius Technologies’ customer-facing teams, we created a comprehensive sales toolkit that included a corporate profile, product brochures, a master sales deck, and explainer videos and case studies.

All of this was designed to answer customer questions and address objections, making the sales process easier.

Social Media Management

LinkedIn is the social channel of choice in B2B marketing. We optimised the company and founder’s LinkedIn pages and developed key content pillars for regular posting.

Revenue Operations

We setup a new CRM from scratch covering onboarding, implementation and ongoing consulting.

  • Successfully migrated their entire database from spreadsheets to HubSpot for a centralised, real-time view of revenue & forecasts.
  • Set up actionable reports and dashboards used in weekly commercial update meetings and quarterly board review meetings.
  • Defined pipeline stages and qualification criteria and developed playbooks and user guides for team members.
  • Providing ongoing Revenue-Ops-As-A-Service to unlock additional value from the CRM.

Outcomes

Launched the new website including copywriting, design and information architecture in under 30 days, with regular publishing of insightful articles and reports post launch.

  • 48% of traffic to website is driven by organic search, indicating growing brand awareness
  • +87% healthy increase in average impressions on LinkedIn
  • +79% engagements on LinkedIn
