The Gathering Place for Impactful Events and Meaningful Discussions

We created a “YPO In Davos” microsite to showcase scheduled programmes, highlight key speakers and promote branded content. Throughout the week, social media posts and live updates were added to the microsite to amplify content generated at the Hub.

YPO is a global leadership community of more than 28,000 chief executives in more than 130 countries, driven by the belief that the world needs better leaders. In its first event space in Davos, on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum, we partnered with them to set up YPO Hub, a gathering place for impactful events and inspiring discussions between YPO and the global leadership community.

Our work ranged from brand conceptualisation to event coordination, programme planning and content production. In all, the Hub attracted an impressive list of world leaders, entrepreneurs and philanthropists, paving the way for future opportunities, sparking new ideas and connections on a global scale.

Branded Event Space

We designed the branding and set up for an event space where members and guests could relax in between meetings, learn more about the YPO network, and attend panel discussions.

Programme Planning

Great content starts with asking the right questions. We worked closely with the moderator and prepared questions for interviews with high-level speakers including H.E. Sun Chanthol, Senior Minister for Public Works and Transport, and Ashraf Ghani, President of Afghanistan. Using an event management and ticketing website, we also managed programme RSVPs and the day-to-day operations at the Hub.

Content Production

As part of our content production work, our team of videographers and producers were there throughout the week to capture speaker interviews and panel discussions. Our content strategists also worked closely with the YPO team to produce real-time content for social media, and provide daily summaries for the YPO network.
