Onlayer is an end-to-end merchant management platform that streamlines onboarding, compliance, monitoring and insights to mitigate risk and secure growth at every stage of the digital business lifecycle.

Having conquered the Turkish market, they pursued global expansion and sought a marketing partner to help them bring their story to the world.

Challenge

Onlayer sought to refresh its brand visual identity and sharpen its market positioning, supported by a modern revenue operations technology stack, to better represent its status as a fast-growing platform company breaking into new markets.

Approach

Starting with a high-level audit of the Onlayer brand, customers, competition, collaterals and infrastructure, we identified existing gaps and opportunities. This, together with a few rounds of product and sales deep-dives, formed the backbone of our strategic recommendations across refreshed brand identity, on-brand sales collaterals and growth-enabling martech setup.

Outcomes

  • Created a comprehensive sales toolkit with competitive analyses and master sales deck with use cases
  • Optimised the company LinkedIn pages and developed on-brand graphics for even marketing.
