As a strategic partner of the World Economic Forum, Lippo aimed to elevate their executive team’s visibility in Davos. They tasked Salween with organising a two-hour lunch event ‘The Indonesia Lunch Dialogue’ at the Belvedere Hotel.
Lippo’s objective is to enhance its reputation as an emerging market pioneer and a bridge to Indonesia for foreign investors, achieved by delivering an inclusive, engaging, and informative experience for global leaders.
The event reached full capacity, hosting approximately 100 to 120 attendees, primarily composed of C-Suite and Business Decision Makers.
Salween managed all aspects of this custom event, including invitation design, attendee management, speaker recruitment, format development, script writing, logistics such as stage setup, room decoration, and menu selection. We also filmed the event, producing segments, highlight videos and several social media clips.
