HubSpot also waives its mandatory onboarding process, a paid service you can get either from HubSpot themselves or through a HubSpot Solutions Partner like Salween Group.

How It Works

Before signing up for the startup’s HubSpot subscription, we will work with all the stakeholders to ensure program eligibility and determine which HubSpot products are appropriate.

We’ll then work with HubSpot to prepare the quote and send it to you. After a few mouse clicks, you will be the proud Admin of a new HubSpot instance!

Early in the onboarding process, we will send you a link that grants us Partner access to your HubSpot portal. Partner access consumes no licenses and allows us to set up your portal with you.

Next, we’ll have an onboarding call or meeting, during which we’ll deep-dive into your goals and processes and examine the buyer journey from raised hand to revenue.

The objective of that call is to help us customise an onboarding plan based on your highest priority goals with HubSpot, your organisation’s capabilities and your current technology stack.

We then lead you on a curated, self-directed learning path that includes training videos and organised reading material delivered over email.

We provide weekly hands-on operation support from one of our in-house HubSpot Solutions Architects to complement the support you would already be getting from the HubSpot Customer Success team.

We’ll have your back over a two-month period, offering our advice and best practices as you roll out HubSpot in your organisation.

As a HubSpot Solutions Partner, HubSpot looks to us to help them sell their software. If we think the product is a good fit for one of our clients, we facilitate them becoming a HubSpot customer.

We get a commission if we are recognised as being involved in a deal.
