Background
Singapore FinTech Association (SFA) is a cross-industry, non-profit platform that facilitates collaboration between all market participants and stakeholders in the FinTech ecosystem within Singapore and the rest of the world. SFA approached us for support in boosting awareness of its role within the global FinTech ecosystem and communicating its mission of advocacy, collaboration, and connecting the community.
Challenge
SFA sought to cogently demonstrate the value of its membership through a strategic omnichannel marketing approach that highlights its impactful initiatives, partnerships, and expertise within the regional FinTech ecosystem.
Approach
As SFA’s fractional marketing communications team, we provide ongoing strategic leadership to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement. Working closely with cross-functional teams, we supported the development of a full-year omnichannel marketing calendar to position SFA as a FinTech thought leader.

Growing the Brand
We created a video featuring key industry leaders articulating SFA’s brand vision, impact and benefits for the regional FinTech community and ecosystem. Additionally, we created a comprehensive “Year in Review 2023” post, showcasing key initiatives and milestones achieved throughout the year.
Engaging the Community
We developed social posts and EDM newsletters showcasing SFA’s variety of programmes, events, and opportunities, thereby demonstrating its efforts in fostering consistent engagement with its members and partners within the regional FinTech community.
Event Drivers
We collaborated with SFA to support the world’s largest FinTech event, the Singapore FinTech Festival (SFF), helping to create visual and marketing materials to drive sponsorship and registration for the Singapore Pavilion and the SFF FinTech Excellence Awards 2024.
SFA also periodically organises knowledge-sharing sessions and courses to help its members better understand FinTech trends and gain key industry insights. SFA also regularly conducts networking sessions to help its members find business and partnership opportunities. To support its efforts, we created marketing materials to help SFA drive sign-ups for these events.
